1 bunch Kale, olive oil, seasoning (I love Johnny’s, or garlic salt)
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cut or tear kale into pieces, taking care to remove the stems. Put the kale pieces in a bowl, and drizzle with about 1 T of olive oil. Stir the kale with your hand, trying to coat as evenly as possible. Spread the kale pieces out on cookie sheets, then sprinkle with seasoning. Put in oven for about 20-30 minutes, checking often and removing when they start to get crispy. I would say store them in a plastic bag, but mine never last that long.
